Iam Suhail EA. Iam going to review NOBLE 32CV32PBN01 80 cm(31.5) LED TV(HD Ready). I bought this LED TV from E- shop at kodungallur. The exact date of purchasing is 23rd January 2020. Due to my friend store he gave this TV at discounted price 15500 rupees. I heard about this LED TV from my friend. He recommended this TV for me. I fixed the LED TV on the wall of the house. I bought this TV for my new house. For 3 months this LED TV worked properly without any complaints. But after that the remote of the TV is not working. Its not the problem of low battery charge. So I contacted the customer care service centre. They said to enquire at purchased shop. Then I met E-shop at kodungallur and the mechanic in the shop make the remote working. But they asked money for repairing, I said to them that its only purchased before 3 months. They said that the company of the TV didn’t gave any warranty for the remote. After that I contacted service centre and they didn’t accept to refund the repairing charge. When I call them one more time , they didn’t respond to my call. Never buy this LED TV. Its very wastage of money. The cable provided by them is also very poor in quality. I didn’t recommend anyone to buy this LED TV. Thank you.
