Very poor patient care. Very disturbed stay. Had to ask the hospital to shift me to another semi-private room as children of another patient kept making lot of noise. Shockingly, the hospital could not ask the patient and his children to behave. Seemed hospital did not have rules regarding children or, if they had, they do not believe in following them.
Nurse scolded from pressing patient bell. Did not get timely help and passed urine and stool on the bed and on the floor. When I vomited, the nursing staff kept looking without doing anything else. The ward boy later put the kidney tray right on my lips.
Given sponge bath only upon asking and at 3 in the afternoon. 3 venous lines were opened in 2 days. Inefficient nursing care. Was not served hot tea and salad despite repeated complaint of constipation.
Made to wait for medical certificate despite request having been made hours before.
Mediclaim department lied that file had been sent for approval whereas the file was never sent on that day. Though treating doctor cleared for discharge at 12 noon, I was discharged only by 9:45 in the night as Hospital mediclaim dept. did not send file for approval for 3-4 hours.
