I faced worst service experience with nobroker packers and Movers, i booked my shifting of household from pune to Hyderabad with nobroker, they assigned me a movement manager and said he will connect with u in 24hrs and rest everything he will coordinate on your behalf. I have to do several follow ups then finally got a call a day before my planned date from a so called movement manager, he then started searching for a movement parter who can pack and move my house hold stuff.
On the day of my movement somehow he find one, now the actual thing starts those guys took packing and labour charges separately from me which was already included in the quotation provided by nobroker also took toll charges from me. Then at Hyderabad also again they charged labour fee. And no one came for unpacking and assembling of the stuff. Even after so many follow up no response from nobroker. That is why ther is already no in their name. They are simply fooling people they give quotation of some other amount and charge more then that and simply pass the contract to some local packers and Movers.
