I had taken a Owner Property Management Relax Service pack(package value Rs 21453/) from NoBroker which included money back service to find the tenant within 60 days+ field manager to show the property+ criminal check+ agreement+ caretaker for 1 year. I also had a quotation for Owner Super Money Back(Rs 13457) that included money back service to find the tenant within 60 days+ field manager to show the property only. I took the first plan, as I’m outside of the country and want to be in the peace of mind. However after they got the tenant, asking another 11K+ for agreement and criminal record check. When I showed them the welcome letter that mentioned that the package includes agreement paper charges also, they stopped responding. Writing multiple escalation email are of no use. They simply stopped responding. I am anyway going to the consumer count. But want others to take a note of it, so that they don’t get cheated like this.
