Came to market promoting themselves as Superman to save the people form hassles of Goon brokers in System. But turns out they are biggest Goons in market.
Booked their Transport Service:
They act nothing but a Telecom Operator transferring calls to vendor and listen to whatever vendor says. They dont consider us as customer.
Lost 3 of my items and now saying that they can’t do anything about it.
Delivered all good without packing a single piece while Quotation had Packing charges included.
In lieu of Missing items, I told vendor to deliver the goods and take balance (20%) after that. rather than apologizing, they sent their goons and took my TV and said we will give it back once you pay us balance Rs. 4, 000.
I told, ok, I will pay Rs. 4, 000 after inspecting TV but it has been 3 days, they are yet to call back and apologize for incident.
NEVER GO FOR NoBroker Transport. Big Goons they are
