Nobroker

I recently opted for nobroker packers and movers in Chennai. One of the worst experiences in my life with respect to online services. before making the payment sales executive named Balaji called me continuously for 2 days nearly 20 times. He told thousand times that a dedicated movement manager will be allocated and that he will take care of all the things, this that etc., These guys have the best sales team to fool general public. Please dont fall for it like I did.but after I paid the money of Rs.720/- nobody called back informing me about the vendors or anything. I called back nobroker many number of times and each time they told I will get a callback from the "dedicated movement manager". But never got any call. I had to contact vendor arrange and talk to them about everything regarding movement. the vendor had some conflictswe had to resolve it ourselves like regular deals. I was promised that these things would be handled by the so called " dedicated movement manager" and that I need not even talk to any local guy but i was forced to do it . but I had to do all these despite paying 720 to those guys. I felt cheated, i will never come back or refer nobroker to a single soul around me. even by mistake if somebody opts for nobroker packers and movers please cancel them. You can directly contact vendors from online and talk to them which is far better. These guys do such kind of fraudulent business they wont stand long enough on the field. this is a fast growing world everyone knows that. We ll see it soon though. if ten ppl get the same experience like me they will loose 100 customers gradually. the fun part is I never got a call from the so called " dedicated movement manager " till date where I m writing thus 10 days after the movement. Please dont waste your time with no brokers packers and movers. Total waste of 10 percentage of your packing moving money which you can atleast give it to the hardworking local vendor guys as tips rather than these guys sitting n cheating ppl thru phone calls. They never did anything they promised to do which is the most irritating part of all.

I called back the dedicated movement manager "Nadeem" a couple of days back and questioned him why i never got a call from you when I had conflicts and problems with the vendors which you were supposed to resolve. His reply was it was month end and that he was busy. He questioned me back saying "Why you are calling me back this many days after the movement and complaining about this ? If you want I will call the following Saturday and we can talk the entire day" in a mocking manner. I didnt talk anything cos I realized it’s a waste of time complaining to unprofessional guys like these and I cut the phone call. This is the place where I truly felt I made a dead wrong choice and understood the level of the customer interface team nobroker team has.
