My order no. 1153 I took 2 BHK combo lite. Paid everything all the security money and one month rent advancer but they refused to delivery some products, there excuse was modular almirah are listed on website by mistake so we are not able to deliver you two almirah to modular mirror so if you want them you have to pay them separately. I didn’t have any option sorry prove them ok deliver the product I will pay for that separately. So I told them deliver the product the promise day will deliver the product tomorrow 11 o’clock but they deliver the product in the evening time when I check the product washing machine was not working so I call them and told them to replace it so they said OK they will be in touch with guaranteed.com they are their partners who deliver the products I said ok talk to them it took them around 10 days to replace the defective washing machine but the funniest part is again the deliver the defective washing machine and they were not willing to admit that I call them thousand time I wrote emails but they were not willing to help me every time they were making excuses and every time they were like ok we have not a down your issue and we will get you back it took almost 10 to 12 days.after that again I request you please replace it because I am waiting for the working washing machine not a defective piece so anyhow I was able to convince them so they again replace the washing machine sir told them give me a demo and you guys not gonna believe this they third time in a row thay delivered defective washing machine.worst service experience pathetic company they don’t have rules regulation whenever you call them they not gonna answer your call and they never going to reply to email every time the promise they gonna call me back but I haven’t received any call from them but everyday I am receiving email from them to pay for those almirahs it has been more than a month now that defective washroom is saying is being in my place I am working professional I don’t have a time every time to call them schedule a delivery and wait for the delivery and they don’t even keep their promises they told you they gonna duita washing machine tomorrow 10:00 a.m. you have to call them like hundred times to deliver the washing machine but they gonna leave that washing machine in the evening time 10 p.m. I already 253 holidays to took the delivery of the product so defective machine is still at my place and I hope some miracle happen and they deliver a working washing machine I don’t know what to do now. because I don’t have any expectations from nobroker and gauranted.com. I need help I need it now.
