Horrible Service - KEEP AWAY: THEY WON'T RESOLVE

UPDATE AFTER 26 DAYS OF WRITING MY FIRST REVIEW AND MULTIPLE ASSURANCES OF NOBROKER:


NoBroker ONLY gave a non-refundable option to buy, did not work on my assignment properly, DID NOT GET A SINGLE VISIT by propective tenant for over 2.5 months DESPITE MY REVIEWS HERE, marked my escalation here as’RESOLVED’ without resolving it, and gave MULTIPLE false assurances each week. The only thing they manage well is how to communicate your contract termination. A new person will suddenly call you even if just the day before your got many assurances of hard work, and say I am sorry your contract has ended. No heads-up, no alert, nothing. HORRIBLE AND KEEP AWAY.


After my escalation on very poor service - I was told my plan has been extended for 30 days - but they canceled it earlier and said the plan was only extended for 14 days! I cannot be making this up - it is insane within this company.

  • Below is the my first review that was posted 26 days back AFTER much frustration-

9 weeks, zero leads, 3 RM changed, Escalation Manager doesn’t follow up, RMs don’t call when requested, and have got only false promises. They have offered only a non refundable plan and are happy not to act on it since there is no obligation.


My ask constantly is to show me diligence. Its OK not to get result. But need to see the effort. All they says periodically is’many people are interested but are not visiting, I will call 3 people tomorrow’ but end of the day there is nothing.


Am hoping I will see diligence now. Many small details that point to lack of responsibility at their end but all that matters is diligence and prove-able leads.
