They dont even deserve this 1 star rating if there would have been option 0 rating worst I would like to give this cheaters.
I am looking for a rented flat in Mira Road and thats were I was suggested No Broker.com.
I spoke with Tahir(Call Center Executive) who was providing me the information how they work.
First Misleading information; Post Registration I would be assigned a RM who is expertise in the Area Location and would assist me as per my requirements only connecting and meeting owners and fixing up an appoitment which was not the case the RM’s assigned to me Deepshika, Anil and Vishal were all Bangalore bases who do not know anything about areas and places here in Mumbai.
Second Misleading Information: I will be personally assisted to see the property which is not the case as this is Bangalore based company and RM would be Mumbai Based .But later I came to know they do not have any centers here in mumbai.
I stay with my wife and my requirements were very basic as below:
1) Safety
2) Good Locality and maintained society
3) Decent Flat
4) Sufficient Water Supply Municipal Corporation
5) Lift and Parking(Mandatory 2 wheeler and Four Wheeler Optional)
But the property which was suggested none of them meet Safety which was my first requirement.Anyone who looks for a flat looks for safety and if we have to come home late night after office it should be safe to come home.
A horrible experience with me was I was been suggested a Mhada Colony. Deepshika the RM with NO Broker fixed up an appointment with Mr Vishal the previous owner of the property. when I visited, the flat was already purchased by someone else and the lady owner opened the door upon telling her that I was there to visit the flat she screamed in a threating manner and inform me that she has already purchased the flat from Vishal and how come I am here to see the flat and asked me to leave if not then she may call the police.I tried calling Deepshika she was non contactable nor the X owner Vishal.Later I got a call from Deepshika that she will talk to owner whose infomation is been listed on No Broker and get back to me but she never did that no apology no courtesy nothing I would have been in a great mess because of No Broker Misleading Information.
Another Property Suggested by them was surrounded by Under Construction Building and were there is no mode of transport which can get you in the society.If you want you have to walk all the way 20 min to get an Auto Rickshaw and on the way there were no street lights.
The complains were taken very lightly and they kept on providing properties.Another property suggested next to Ladies Bar and on the same day she called me to suggest this property and informed me she has already did a survey of the area and locality and everything is as per my requirement.
I placed a request to change the RM were I spoke with Mr Muhammad who gave me assurity that nothing will go wrong.Next day I was assigned an another RM named Anil who made a note of my requirement and again did what he felt like same as above.
2 days no update suddendly I get a call from a person in the evening around 6 Pm that he is my New assigned RM as Anil is on emergency leaves and he is not been briefed about the case history.Again the history repeats I had to give him entire details once again explained him the entire thing but results still the same.
I am fed up with this No Broker and I spoke almost with there endless representative naming Savita, David, Muhammad etc.but what they give you is fake assurity and false commitment.I want my refund because they failed to provide me with the options but they are denied when I asked to do a conference call with the sales person Tahir.David the supervisor informed me they do not have 3 way conference facility and till date no reply.still they are doing what they want because they want to complete there 45 days time.I need a solution to my concerns.
