As I am staying outside India and the online review for NoBroker was so good I opted for Super money back Plan by assuming I will have less headache to get a renter.
"But I can say the money back plan is a False assurance never go for it",
because they have a very dirty and fraud trick they used, as soon as I pay and opted for a plan with 1 week I got a response from 1 person and that guys finalized everything and gave me 1k as token amount.So I assumed I got my renter and he will move in a few weeks. and the last day when he supposed to move he told for some personal reason I will not.
So point here is I lost 1 month out of my 2 month time period and after that when I contacted No broker they told they will try for me another month, which they have to anyhow but no money back. So you take 9 k from an owner and give a fake customer transfer back 1 k just make sure owner feel it is genuine and then come out of the money back clause.
So I would recommend never go for their money back plan. Free Posting in their side is not harmed.
Also just wanted to highlit their rental agreement service, It is a complete fraud and disgusting. As soon as I pay the money no response at all. I tried by all means but neither I got my Agreement copy to my address nor any response
