I have booked for packers and movers service from No broker for 30th Oct 2020. Right after booking, they have assigned a relationship manager - Dhanalakshmi, who helped in tracking all the activities on that day. The movement manager was Rakesh who was also helpful in arranging things.

I have booked for morning slot(8AM - 10AM) and the vehicle was right in front of our house by 7.30AM and started the process.
Even though I booked for 14ft canter vehicle for movement, they brought a 9ft vehicle on that day since the other one broke down on 29th night. They made 2 trips to complete the movement at the same rate they initially agreed to.
3 people who came on site for actual work were very professional in handling items and getting things done.
Over all am really happy with the service I received and would recommend No broker service to others.
