I tried hard, really hard to like you guys. I paid for the relax-plan but sadly it did not meet my expectations. Please find the below problems and I really hope you guys improve upon it. You have tremendous potential to disrupt the monopoly of brokers and you dont seem to capitalize on it and that is the sad part.
Website/App:
-
1). Map View is flawed. On website, page half loads.
2). Locations of houses are not at all accurate.
3). Maximum lists have no photos or poor quality photos. Half of the houses can be selected or rejected directly based on photos and you seriously lack in that.
4). I listed my rented house with total owner details as I moved out and I am yet to get my 100 bucks as mentioned on your website:)
5). Logout from the app happens very frequently and at random.
People Review:
-
1). App showed one guy as relationship manager, Mail got triggered for another guy and the guy with whom I was in contact with was another! 3 guys! Please check your allocation system of Relationship manager.
2). Shakeer with whom I was in contact with was helpful and constantly in touch, nice guy.
3). Heavy limitation of houses as you dont have people on ground who are trying to get homes on-board. Good Houses are still in control of the brokers.
4). There are little details about the house and locality which can be included for better decision making, Water problems, Electricity problems, Neighborhood Safety, Child Friendly Area, Availability of local shops and business around. For all these you need reliable data and that cannot be accomplished until you have people moving on ground gathering the information.
Now for the Good Stuff:
-
1). Clean UI and no clutter on page. Good Design philosophy.
2). Prompt response from the No-Broker Team.
3). There are actually no brokers listed on the website. Stays true to the claim.
4). Reports of rented out property or missing info is looked into and fast. Only problem is I dont get a notification that my info has been attended to.
Final Verdict:
-
Can fill in the void created by Housing.com which moved out of the renting business. Has no immediate competitors in the market in terms of UI and USP. Should be a good try byt paying for a relax-plan at this state is still a No Go from me. Brokers are still holding a majority of the business and homes.
Please treat this as a fair review of your services as availed by me. I think there is a lot of potential in your business but you seriously need to expand into cities where you are providing services and not just sit in front of a computer browsing through houses listed on your website! you really need a lot of boots on ground and people who can actually show customers their preferred houses. In a way, become an online broker who gives users homes at a fair price and doesnt charge a bomb:)
P.S I sent a mail to the No Broker team. Lets see if they can improve.
