Worst case examples he recommended a place which was more than 35 km from my area of preference. I understood this was not going to lead anywhere and I placed a request for change in relationship manager, I was assured within 48 hrs new person would be assigned but no action for more than a week and I was contactless this whole week. The next week again I made a request referring to the previous request and I was told in another 48 hours I would be assigned a new manager. Yes after 48 hours another person was assigned meanwhile the government had imposed lockdown whereby no movement is possible. So I requested the new manager to wait till the lockdown is over. I do not even know the name of the new manager as there was no interaction with her, vaguely remember something like grace.
By the time the lockdown was lifted my plan got expired and even before that I used to get lot of allied services call from them for shifting and other things and quality assurance, I have pleaded my grievances with everybody and all would say sir need not worry we will take care. To all these people I have requested them to consider in giving a grace time for the validity of the plan considering the lockdown. I have made these requests before the expiry of the plan.
