I had a very poor experience with NoBrokers legal services.
I paid ₹8;, 040 for "Drafting of Sale Agreement + SRO Assistance. Only after payment, I was informed that they do not have an empanelled advocate in my area, which means the service itself cannot be provided.
Even though no service was delivered, NoBroker is deducting as processing charges.
This is extremely unfair because:
No advocate was assigned
No documentation work was started
The cancellation happened due to their limitation
Nothing was provided in return for the money paid
Such practices feel like unfair trade and unethical customer handling.
I am requesting a full refund of ₹8;, 040, and I hope NoBroker resolves this quickly.
Till now, the experience has been disappointing.
