I have had mixed experience with NoBroker. On one hand there has been serious communication gap and errors done. On the other hand, reliable disaster recovery support from the team.
In the course of my experience where a simple rental agreement had to be redone THRICE due to communication gap and minor errors from backend.
Long story short, thankful for support from my RM Sandeep and his boss Amit for resolving it towards the end. However would request to make sure that such events don’t happen.
So, will I use NoBrokers again? Yes, but with caution. Would I recommend it? Yes, but again will ask them to be cautious at every step.
