I booked Premium Full Home Cleaning Services from NoBroker on 1 October 2025 for a service on 3 October 2025. Booking Reference is HS-19528468. The service team of 2 people arrived at around 9.30 am on 3rd October and asked for OTP to start work. Once, after giving the OTP, they just went out for breakfast and came back at around 10.30 am. They were doing work very slowly, and even by 2 pm, they had not even completed 20% of the work. As per the description of the service, they are supposed to use a machine to clean the floors, but the cleaning guys said they have not brought the machine to clean the floor. So I immediately contacted customer service, and they assured that they would do a proper job and the supervisor would visit in 30 minutes, s but even after 1 hour, no one visited the site. I contacted the customer care multiple times, but they kept giving false news about the service and supervision. I contacted them more than 4 times same day about the issue. I left the site at around 7 pm with frustration, as the work completed was not even 50% at that time. At around 8.30, I got a call that they had completed the work. I visited the site the next day and saw a lot of uncleaned work. So I escalated the issue with NoBroker and also gave poor reviews about their service. So they asked me to share photo proof, for which I shared around 15 photos, for which they came back with a Rs 300 refund, and eventually agreed to Rs 500 refund. I am not OK with this partial refund. I need a full refund. This is not the first time NoBroker has provided such poor service. I had a similar experience in 2023, and even during that time, they just raised a complaint and closed the complaint without taking any action. Because of their poor service, I lost my reputation with my tenant, who wanted to move to the clean house but ended up moving to an unclean house due to a lack of time available for another cleaning work. I wrote an email asking for a complete refund, but they declined. They are habitual poor quality service providers with no responsibility and keep cheating customers by providing poor quality service. Here is the reference to both incidents.
