Brokerage equal to one month rent is too much, so I thought of Nobroker.in relax scheme @₹1999 can be good relief. The customer care promised me that the a dedicated relationship mAnasultanger ( RM) will shortlist some property for me as per my requirement. RM can then schedule appointment with the owner for me. After I finalize property of my choice RM can negotiate rent on behalf of me. And RM will then help me in rent agreement to be delivered at my doorstep. I was literally impressed by the customer care promises. I have also seen a lot of positive reviews about NoBroker.in.
The nightmare started after I paid the amount on 9/4/2017. Quickly I got the RM ( Praveen Taj) detail. She took my requirements and promised me to provide list of property detail by 15/4/2017 ( Saturday) then I can visit properties on 16/4/2017. I didn’t get any leads nor any calls from her up to 15th Apr Noon. I called her for more that 10times also requested for call back, nothing happened. I was in bangalore with my family staying at hotel. Frustrated, on 16th Apr I called customer care then they allocated another RM ( Selva R) saying my earlier RM gone sick. Now new RM gave me only contact numbers of lanlord which I also could have done. Anyways without wasting time I called the lardlords. I personally requested the lardlords and scheduled the visit. Out of 5 properties I got time for 2 properties on 16th itself. The property I saw were pathetic and were overpriced. I again called the RM to check whether they can negotiate before scheduling appointment, but he did not pick my call. I was completly in dark for next three days raising complains and listened I am so sorry, Sir.
With no other option I went back to local broker and got a good flat on the same day in same locality at much lower price.
The RM did not called me for three days and after that 4th day he called me and said he was on leave. I was so angry and the shameless RM was giving me nhassurance that the plan is valid for three month and I should have the patience.
I agin raised the complain against the RM and asked for the refund.
At last I can tell you that Nobroker.in is bad choice if you want a good flat. For saving few bucks you will end up with aishwaryasingh23ing additional rent every month. Also you should have enough pateince to cope up with RM and CustomerCare, atleast I did not havr because I have my family with me.
