I was searching a flat. Then after browsing couple of hours in different websites I come to know about Nobroker which provides a opportunity for owner and tenant to discuss with each other without a broker or agent. This nonsense website asks to avail the paid service. I got a call back from their sales team to avail the paid service. That girl speaks nicely prior to the payment. She marketed well, my mistake was I relied on her. The deal was I had to pay 3500 rupees and they will show me 50 properties in my selected areas within 45 days. They will assign a relationship manager. That guy is a dumb. He took all my requirements then he mailed all the houses listed for rent listed in bangalore, he didn’t sort those. Finally in my areas I got only 4-5 houses. in one and half month. When I called them all were rented out and one more dumb owner I found she mentioned the house for family but when I spoke she told that she need bachelor tenants. I have not seen any of these houses.
When I asked for refund to Nobroker, they told you have not selected our refund plan that costs 6500 rupees. So we can’t refund. So when I told you guys told me that you will show 50 houses in one and half month. They simply told houses are not getting vacated much in your selected area. We can’t do anything.
So, I wanted to say these guys are fraud and beaware of them.
