Avoid Paid Plans

We paid for NoBroker PMS. We got some 3-4 people assigned, Local PM, Remote RM etc. Keys were handed over to the property manager Mr. Syed Afzal. He took pictures of the house while shifting/ packing was going on and house was not even cleaned properly. Same pictures were posted on the app and website.


He also apparently handed over the keys to someone without our knowledge. This person stayed in our apartment for 3 days and vacated the flat leaving keys with neighbour.


We did not receive any information about this tenant from NoBroker, no verification/ agreement/ token/ deposit/ rent. During this period RM also marked flat as rented out and we lost prospective tenants. It took few days and multiple follow ups to get flat listed again.


After few emails to escalate this matter we also lost access to the app, there was no RM or any contact available. Multiple calls to customer care to get a callback from RM were in vain. The app would act as if we have not paid for the service.


What NoBroker team did was illegal and who would have been responsible if something had gone wrong?


Let me also tell you about my renting experience. I paid for relationship manager who can arrange property visits for me when we were looking to rent a flat. He was horribly slow in responding and was of no help whatsoever. When I wrote a review about this on app store and suggested readers to avail basic plan instead of premium. I got a call from Kavya Who offered me extension in the plan in exchange of deleting the review. This is highly unprofessional, I refused the offer to delete the review.


NoBroker is brilliant concept but ruined by people like whoever were engaged to manage our property.
