I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the services I had posed a free property listing on your site after continues follow up from your team. I had upgrading to the Super Relax plan for Rs. 5499. Since making the payment they mentioned that they cant provide the service as the rent is high and reducing the rental amount as per request, I have not seen any leads or property visits in over 25 days.
This level of service is unacceptable, and I feel that I have not received the value promised to me. They are not ready to refund the amount . Think before you take a premium service.
