Yamuna Expressway (erstwhile Taj Expressway) Industrial Development Authority. (YEA/YEIDA)
After various unsuccessful and unlucky in DDA, NOIDA, GNOIDA, GDA, etc hearing lots of scandal. Finally I got a much awaited plot of 300sq mtr at YEA/YEIDA. I don’t know, if this a good and worth investment since I am new to this world of real estate. But owning a plot after a flat was my dream having a typical Indian middle class mentality.
Is my investment worth ? I have paid almost ~4.5 lakhs uptill now which is 30% of the amount. Remainning I will pay in installment with 12% interest. You have expense like registry, etc. Basically initially it has plan to develop two residential area i.e sector 18 and 20. Why not from sector 1 ? No idea. Its on the way to Agra from Noida (NCR). In time to come, this will be another happening place after NOIDA, GNOIDA....lots of dev. project going on thanks to CM
The YEA/YEIDA is nice authority , first time I have seen taking no kharcha pani (under the table) and ur work get done . I had applied from change of address with an application in prescribed format with address+ID proof. It was done. Later, I had to get issue one time payment later which I also got it on the same day. Yes I had to visit authority but no one expect to get it done on same day.So it gives an idea about their business.
The YEA/YEIDA is good place to invest.
