1.Customer Service
The customer service of this product is very limited and very bad , I wanted to replace this product as I got a damaged product but the customer service was very rude to me.
2.Looks and design
It a disappointing clone of the Apple Watch , the built quality is very bad and low grade
3.Battery Life
The battery life of this watch is very sad , It survives only for 20 mins and after that it dies ,
It has heating issues too.
