Hi I purchased Nokia 105 basic mobile for my Dad from Shopcluse.com in November Order # 74205330 firstly I was surprised when I unboxed because on battery there was no brand name so I ignored and started using for a week it was really good but suddenly found if battery is full also if we make more than 2 calls mobile get switch off and to fullfill 100% battery it was taking more than 3hrs but today suddenly we found if call is coming there is no Ringing volume and if we are receiving that call we can’t able to here that call it will be blank.
This was my first experience with Shopcluse.com and it was horibble and I am requesting for my money back and ferther not going to shop through Shopcluse.com
