Hai, Friends! I am writing a review on a mobile phone ( Nokia /1100) that I purchased in Dubai a year back. I used to buy new electronics items that are marketed in India as well as other places either through online or on shopping at that point of time.Without fail I am getting new items in my house every year . I purchased a cell phone of Siemens Make s5 in 1998 when RPG service provider insisted for new connection in Chennai, India. That was very heavy and more than a foot length . I purchased another make Samsung R220, later changed back to Nokia 6670 then Nokia 3300 and Nokia 7200 as this company has been producing new cell phones very often. That is why I have a little unit Nokia 1100 in my hand after seleted the best need of mine. Advantages It is a lightweight set and is so compact that any body can keep in shirt’s packet and is preferred one in comparing with other three sets that were purchased earlier by me. (3300 is of heavy weight that pulls down the shirt 6670 is also heavy weight and very costly. Common man can not afford to buy this unit though it has features like Camera and word processing, video clippings and audio recording, . 7200 is a medium weight set and FM radio facility is of no use in my place.) This Tiny cell 1100 is found in hands of almost all working people in my place. It has got the following features -Alarm provision to replace Alarm clock -During night it can be used as hand light and eliminates torch-light that many persons used to carry with them. It saves Battery cost of torch. -For single press of cancel button gives flash light. It gives continues light on double click. Of course, Duration depends on the key lock time. -This also has the features of any other latest cell phones like SMS/Chat -Different levels/styles of Ring tones and -Vibration effects that can help everyone who desires to stop noise in a place where meeting takes place or noise restricted place. -Keys board security in order to avoid making calls mistakenly -Has different level of tone for keys to avoid repeating the depressing keys -Less time for Battery charging -More important is less cost electronics instrument that is suitable for common man to feel of high tech.. Appearance Small and slim and attracting appearance. Less weight. Variety of colors of set. We have option to select. Display is adequate as it has scrolling facility and of monochrome Easy removable battery as well as sim card easy latching Drawbacks Power on key is little hard. Some times need to depress 2 or 3 times. Back ground color is yellowish, so the character visibility is little glaring This set does not permit to transfer talk amount to other person as in Sudan, Mobinet service provider has made this facility Summing up. It a tiny set of Nokia cell family and good appearance. common man reachable. Replaceable our house alarm and torch light. It is cheapest .
