I purchased this phone in Jan’11 and now I have realized that this is the most pathetic phone I ever had in my life. Network connectivity is not good. One of its major drawback is its sound. When you are talking to someone on this phone, person sitting next to you can listen to the conversation in a better way than yourself. The earpiece of this phone is faulty and my friends have faced similar issues. If you want to listen properly on this phone you need to listen through the back cover speaker of the phone. It is very amusing when people watch you using the other side of the phone to listen properly. Some people have also complained about its keypad, though I am lucky in this regard. Its better to have a Chinese phone instead of this phone. Nokia these days is compromising on quality. I understand at this price they have to cut down on costs but should not compromise on the quality for basic needs. In other words at least hearing problems on this phone should be taken care of or else this model should be discontinued.
