BAD BAD BAD !!!! is all I can say. This was not to be expected from a reputed company like Nokia. The phone carries a lot of features and a whole lot of bugs. Presumably a software problem claim the dealers. Reading the reviews for the 2300 I bought a phone just a week back and have had problems starting day ONE ! It will restart on its own once every hour. It will decide not to ring even though it shows full signal. It will also decide when to recognize or not recognize the SIM periodically.
Pathetic phone ! I spent 5300 Rs on this phone and its a week old and going in for ’’repairs’’ The dealer tells me that they have had many such complaints before .. which ofcourse their sales person ’’forgot’’ to mention when I bought the phone ! The dealer I bought it from is Global Access in Domlur B’lore Airport road and I would rate them zero in courtesy and customer service. Coming back to the phone. Will Nokia refund my money ? I don’t want a repaired phone.... I want a new phone which works like it should. And I, sure as hell don’t want another 2300 ...
