I have purchased a Nokia 2690 IMEI no.353409042734059 on 25-July-10 at Hotspot mobile store, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad. But we have realized that the when we are calling anybody from that mobile, receivers are not able to hear the voice due to heavy noise. Immediately we have rushed to the store, where we purchased the mobile.But to our shock he said he can arrange for repairs but not a replacement.
It’s really unfair to give a customer a defective product and at the same time denying the replacement.
When I have called the Nokia I have received the answer that they cannot help.
At the same time even hotspot dealer also has given the same answer.
So, My dear readers don’t purchase any Nokia product.
