I bought this 6 months back from Mobile-store(bangalore) . Till date I have not noticed any major problems. I switched to this phone from Moto-razor which was not that stable. Rock solid phone I should say. It has all features. This is not a music or camera phone. But still plays music to a decent extent. Really worth for the money you pay. Sutied for beginners.
Some times the phone gets restarted when playing games. Otherwise the OS looks solid. The software to connect the phone and PC is very good , never disconnects. You can SMS with your PC keyboard, which I like the most.

1.) Restarts quite a number of occasions while accessing memory card.
2.) Display not that great- just ok
3.) Sound and video quality is not that good.
4.) The head set is pretty bad.
Overall - Very good - except for quality of sound/pictures/videos - which you cant expect at this price.
