Poor quality phone, equally useless customer care

I recently purchased a nokia 3120c from the priority dealer in kerala. I have been using the phone for hardly 2 weeks when I began to experience problems with it .


First, the sound reception is very poor. The person at the other end cannot be heard well even if the ear piece volume is kept on maximum. We will have to switch off n then again on the phone to hear properly. The second problem is that the panel paint has started to peel off.


I had taken the phone to the authorized service centre, and explained the problems. They have only one answer to all the wide variety of problems faced by all the customers, that’s a SOFT WARE PROBLEM.


They will update the cell n we will have to keep coming back catching their feet to get the product serviced.


As for the paint peel off problem, their answer was its not covered under warranty. Sorry. The camera quality is quite ok and satisfactory but if the basic use as a phone can not be met, I would suggest not go in for this


Moreover, the people at the customer care need to be taught how to behave with customers and some basic manners too which they are severely deficient in .


This is in continuation of my review posted earlier .


I have been after the useless people in the customer care for the last one month and they cudnt rectify the problem of this phone. I had presented both the phones for a total of 11 times at the service centre in the last one month. And now am fed up n decided to pursue a legal case against these people.
