The 3230 phone is a phone that promises a lot but delivers little. I have this phone, bought purely because I was swayed by the advertisements and the features so very eloquently spoken of on the box. I was wrong.
The phone looks quite sleek and has a nice screen, but has the annoying tendency to hang. Sometimes in the middle of a message that you want to type and send of the phone just refuses to allow you to proceed. Pressing on any of the buttons gives you absolutely no response. Sometimes in the middle of a call it just shuts down and restarts. On speaking to a few owners of this piece I learnt that they experience similar problems.
I opted for this model for two major reasons. One I wanted a phone with bluetooth facility so that I could share music. Two because I wanted to play music. The phone boasts of a mp3 player but has a volume that is not very impressive, and although it has bluetooth I can only transfer 4.5mb files to my phone using blutooth.
I live and learn. The next time around I will first scout and ask all whom I know about a phones performance before I buy the phone.
