The phone frequently becomes hang. Twice the contacts entered in to it deleted. There is some problem with the software as a constant Nokia user I never have any complain till I purchase this set. Around eight months I am using this set with a lot of dissatisfaction.
As a nokia brand it has only quality that its battery life is long & durable. I am a very busy cell phone user. therefore during dialing & recieving phone when it hangs I have displeasures. I have to switch off it immidietly & again switch on to clear the hang.
However I am a praiser of Nokia brand as its credibility. But however this particular product has got some problems. Some of my friends who own such models also quite unhappy. That means not my set alone, this particular product has got some problem.
Style, features are very attractive.But with out credibility this product is quite boring. People who have less talk time may prefer this otherwise for busy people this product has no value for money.
