I got net connection in 1999 for the FIRST Time and on NOKIA 3310. A paradigm change in connectivity. It was so advantageous that, suddenly, the whole world seemed to be only a call away from anywhere any time. My daughters simply fell for the simplicity of its use. They discovered all the functions from manual or elsewhere.
Once it so happened that we all went to an IAF show at Shivaji Park , Dadar. There was a paradropping event. The two of them, may daughters locked each others hands and fled towards the landing spot. Our ( mine and my better half’s) hearts missed a beat. How on earth do we locate THE two in a sea of humanity in the park.. I made my wife stand at a place and roamed around aimlessly. After a considerable time strolling dejected towards my wife and Lo! there. The two strolling triumphantly where they left us I was furious and demanded what would they have done in case they had not found us especially as darkness was fast spreading. So what? the younger one replied we would have called from an uncle’s NOKIA to Your NOKIA and asked to find us below this SHARUKH Khan’ poster which was prominently erected.
It was especially heartening as I was equally traumatised at an earlier occaion and everybody was worried equally then.
The simplicity and reliability of the hand set made us instantly go fo NOKIA for whatever features we require. I have NOKIA , my wife has one and my Elder daughter has an UPgraded version with camara, music FM and what not , but NOKIA again.
Threfore get NOKIA and roam FREE.
