Hi,
Nokia technical department and care center are not able to rectify the problem in my handset.
In care center I have seen so many people with all sort of problems and when I enquired and did survey I came to know that all new nokia new phones are having some or other problem.
In less than six months 2 times I have given the set to care center and they are not able to rectify the problem.
It seems that Nokia is slowly releasing there all faulty products in Indian market and their care centers are worse as they not even able to write problem neither rectify it.
Even their email will never respond and careline numbers will respond even in 48 hours.
I did a survey thru emails and in one hour I have received 160 mails stating the same problem with Nokia sets and care centers. Now you can every well understand that what sort of sets are in market.
