I curse the day I thought of purchasing Nokia, I purchased Nokia 3610 hand set on 9/11/02 from Cyberciti Marine Lines. I got problem of “can’t make calls and receive calls” I contacted Cyberciti as handset is under warranty , they directed me to contact Nokia Care run by Supreme Telecommunication Ltd. I handed over set to them on 4/8/03 vide job sheet no. 14731, 1st they said it is software problem, then it require service. Nokia care centre could not repair it in 10 days. I taken back set from them. I contacted Nokia thorough email on there site nokia.co.in. It seems nokia has no care for customer they have not replied me even once. It seems they donot care abot customers Nokia advertise very high for there product there look is good but there is no after sell service Nokia has no office in Bombay there you can contact them I ask reader any body can help me to redress grievance and they have also faced same problems and how they solved that
