Don’t even think of buying this phone. Its a complete crap..I purchased this phone only 2 months back. Hardly used the phone and one fine day it completely stopped functioning. Couldn’t even switch it on. I went to priority dealer from whom I had purchased with my complaint. When I started reasoning with the shop fellow, the guy tried everything in the book to put the blame on me. Reasoning that I would have dropped phone, kept it in wrong place etc. Bcos the phone was in warranty he took the phone to be sent to care center. It took 10 days fro them to return my phone.
Worked fine for 1 day and next day it stopped receiving calls. When I took it back to the Nokia Priority Dealer he said its my service provider issue and not phone issue. When I showed him that my sim functioned well in other phones and wasn’t working in my phone, he reluctantly took the phone for sending to care centre...
I am extremely disappointed with this phone.. I remember my husband advising me from buying Nokia touch screen phones ( he has samsung star ) and explaining how Nokia has lost the market and is complete loser in touch screen segment. Being a Nokia loyalist I ignored his advise only to repent now. My strong advise if u r buying touch screen don’t even look at Nokia, for classic models u may still consider it but fo that again now there are cheaper and better phones I guess.. You badly let me down Disappointing Nokia !!!
