I would say buying 5300 could be a 50-50% deal. It has not be very smooth for me.
It going to be a month since I bought this mobile. With in a weeks time from date of purchase I had to take my phone to the customer care center, the audio element of the phone got damaged.
1) I was not able to hear any music.
2) Could not hear any ring tone.
2) when attending the calls I was able to hear what person on the other side was talking, but I was not audible to him.
It took nokia customer care center people 10 days atleast to get it repaired, as they were waiting for the spares to arrive from Nokia. Secondly phone gets switched of every now and then. I dont know what that issue is all about. Thats not reliability that we expect for the investment of Rs 11000/-
I could be aswell unlucky for not getting a good piece.
Getting some positive features.
1) Phone is stylish. Good sliding model.
2) UI is fantastic.
3) Camera is OK, picture qaulity is not gr8 when the light is low.
4) Music is fine
5) We have both blue tooth and IR.
6) Messaging is fantastic as it is with any nokia phone.
Let me know your feedback on this.
