I had decided to go for SE W810i. But, as I saw this phone at almost same price, I thought of giving a try because of its stylish design.
After using it for a couple of weeks, I realized that my decision was wrong ;(
These are my views:
+ve Points:
:) Any standard PC earphones can be directly plugged in. I’ve seen my friends paying more than 1K for a SE earphone as it is more prone for breakage because of the design of its pins.
:) Style: Sleek and weighs only about 70Gms
:) 4GB Ext Memory capacity. Anyhow, no 4BG card is available in Indian market till now.

;( Be ready to see missed call list on the screen very frequently. The ringing volume is so low that u need to be within 25 feet from the phone. U need to keep the mobile upside down always, so that the mobile rests on the screen. Otherwise, ringing volume will be even lower. Also, if u are riding ur bike, then this phone never disturbs u with incoming call as the vibrator is soooo weak. Never think about message alert.
;( Never waste too much time to make a playlist. While playing the songs, phone might get restarted and ur playlist will be empty!
;( Battery charging time is more. It shows "Full" for 12hrs and becomes "empty" in 2 hrs. Color of the battery indicator will be green always.
:( Software provided with this phone is released without proper testing. After using it for sync, u need to restart the s/w to see your contacts. It shows "Unknown Error" 50 times if u use the s/w for 1 hour.
:( If you change the language to Hindi and back to English, some items will be still displayed in Hindi. Need to restart.
:( Camera clarity is not so good. NO FLASH.
:( Though it is XpressMusic edition, it can never compete with SE W series.
Though I had not planned to write any review, I’m writing this to avoid more people becoming "bakras" like I did by going behind looks ;)
Go for SE W810i instead of this. This wont score more than SE in any aspect. Dont buy "problems" by paying so much.
