If your Nokia phone conks out the only way to get the attention of technician is to take a full day leave.
My Nokia Cell phone started giving me trouble. suddenly the directory of names vanished from the phone. I tried every trick nothing worked. I could not back it up on computer. I can not make calls to those numbers since I cant recall those contacts or numbers, but if one of my contact calls the name shows. Memory status also shows a large number of contacts stored.
I was glad to find a Nokia service centre near my place of work in Noida. I walked in, the place was crowded and a guard was distributing tokens. he gave me a token given some number I think 5219 while the one being attended was 5051. I was told to wait for about two hours. Impossible is the word the place was not only crowded but was hot and stinking.
I visited again after a couple of days, same fate. I wrote a mail to Nokia care. They sent me a very diplomatic reply, as all service providers dowhen caught on wrong foot. It stated

I again tried to reach another centre in Preet Vihar. At 9.30 at the service centre there was already a crowd of about 20persons waiting. A guard comes and opnes the palce at 9.35 and asked every one to sit and wait since the centre will start working at 10 Am (time displayed is 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM)
