I purchased Nokia 5320 Xpressmucic in Kolkata this week and I am totally lost !! I suggest everyone to avoid this faulty set. Perhaps there is software problem in this set, just like 5610 xpress music for which Nokia had withdrawn the 5610.
When I opened the set I went ot music menu and clicked to "songs" but alas, searching is going on and showing "added : 0". As a result a sound "prick" prick" is generating from the handset which I can not stop.
Finally, I went to Nokia care centre, but they said that as it is a newly introduced set, they are not able to do the fruitful! That is, a total loss of Rs. 9985. I don’t know what I have to do. I have kept the set off as a showpiece only. Anyone can suggest me the remedy ?
Nokia does not care for it’s customers. They did not replaced faulty batteries though they promised the same through repeated advertisements. Nokia 5320 xpressmusic is beautiful in outer show but I still can not open the pre-loaded Hindi songs. I send SMS to 55555 as per instructions but I failed to listen any song. What I’ll do with this faulty set ? My daughter purchased 5610 Xpressmusic . The set automatically goes off and black out. After few seconds, it restarts again. How irritating problem !
