Five years ago I too ended up with a Nokia 5510 when my
old , even bigger cell phone died. It was a dinasaur that
breathed its last on a shopping trip. Well I ended up with
this Nokia 5510 after visiting our local ’’phone store’’.
It was dependable alright. It rang in church, creating
thunderous echoes, the whole place rang with it..People
started coughing and sneezing..
Started up in the doctor’s office, the bakery, funeral
parlor, everywhere I went. The only time I couldn’t hear
it was when it was turned off, at home.
I still have my little monster, but having retired and be-
ing at home will not activate it anytime soon.
