I bought this phone on 10th march 2010. After using this for some time, I have been here to write review. it is really a nice phone, but when compare its price to feature ratio with nokia 5230.5233 it is bad. It has wi-fi, 3.2Mp camera with autoFocus and flash extr compared to 5230/5233.
Nokia 5233 costs -rs 7400
Nokia 5230 cossts -rs 8300
Nokia 5530 costs- rs 11800.
Though there are advantages of 5530 over 5233 like, loudspeaker volume is high in 5530, 5530 has Wi-Fi, 3, 2Mp camera with AF and one LED flash, stylish design with steel frame, it comes with 4Gb Memory card, Good In-ear Phones, Data Cable. But 5230 has advantage of 3G, GPS, 3.2" Screen, less Price which are the major Weak Points of 5530. Now coming to 5530, it has a very nice touch screen, good music capabilities, wi-fi, good retail package.
But for me, the battery life is not good. It is very very poor in my case .. but the battery life is Good for some people , and excellent for some cases. Coming to camera, its image quality is really not good. we can take good pictures only in bright light. videos are average, but good frame rate and resolution.
Finally anyone can buy this, or can go to 5800 if they can spend some more money, and wich more features like 3g, gps, 3.2" screen etc. i have given back my 5530 because of the poor battery life, I will write about battery life after I receive new one and use it for some days.
