The points mentioned by anirick are very valid. With me getting a product promotion from Nokia I was surprised even that they are not even ashamed to sell this product to the indian customers.
The people in the Nokia care are feeling helpless but to sell this. We can truly understand their pain as the have their targets to meet and sale numbers to achieve.
I guess this is the time that the statement " JAGO GRAHAK JAGO" makes a more appropriate sense. The company has just erroded the confidence that the customer once had. And this will be going to get worse as competition is getting tougher day by day. Few of the points like "USER FRIENDLY " that were earlier used to be associated with Nokia are there for the take.
The Phone is certainly not user friendly as compared to the other model of the company. I, myself, am a Nokia and was planning to upgrade myself with another phone but definately the kind of harrowing experiences that people are having with the models, I would like to opt for something else. Atleast I will not have the feeling that I have been cheated even after I bought what was considered to be the hallmark of the communication revolution in the world. Speaking of the phone itself, they should have toned down on the shape itself.
The touch screen is not prompt and the performance deteriorates as time passes by. So guys have a breather and buy any other model but not this one. I guess LG Kookie and HTC gives you a better option although still they need to pull up their socks in being called as user friendly, but still I feel that the kind of experiences that people are having with the nokia phones are leaving them no choices but to slash their prices even after two or three months of launching....
HEY ANYBODY LISTENING>>>ESPECIALLY NOKIA PEOPLE..it is time to act before its too late.
