Touch screen crashed after two weeks

It is the first time I am purchasing a Nokia handset after being loyal to motorola for so long. But it is indeed a pathetic experience since the touch screen went blank within two weeks after showing some signs of failure only within third day of purchase.

Worst is the reply from the sales man of Nokia that the handset has to sent for repair for 2 weeks and that too without a backup handset. I have simply sold this handset at a throw away price of 10 thousand after getting frustrated by the reply from the company’s representative.

This was the first and last time I have purchased a Nokia handset and I request those who are looking for this one to not to go ahead as it is a simple fraud the company is playing with the Indian customers by marketing the cheap quality handsets to India without any provision to replace even if the set gets down in three days.

Nokia should feel ashamed of treating the customers in this way and should not market the poor quality handset just to make money as they can never sustain in this market on their cheap tactics.Poorest cell phone ever had and would advise not to purchase this one for such a huge amount .
