When I bought this phone in Feb 09, Initially I was totally agree with the negative feedbacks on the blog but my all complaints with this phone gone in a minutes once I updated my phone with the latest firmware i.e. V 20.0.012.
I understood that there was definitely software issue in the launch of this phone. Finally, Nokia has done great job in fixing all major bugs in the phone like speed, smoothness and off course front camera. I am finding this phone more user friendly in all aspect of uses. I would suggest all of you to update your phone with the latest firmware from nokia website.
The major changes I found that :- (1) I can use front camera, (2) Touch screen is more responsive, I can operate phone without stylus (3) Phone has become faster (4) Screen rotation is improved (5) Picture quality at par with N73 (6) Search option is expanded (7) GPRS connectivity and browsing has been improved.
I am totally satisfied with this phone now but always remember that its not a bar phone for rough handling.
