I bought a Nokia 6030 phone on 12/Nov/2006. I could not make a conversation for more than 30 Seconds. It used to hang . I went back to the dealer who prompted me to go to the Nokia care center. The personnel there were rude and did not accept the phone and sent me back to the dealer. The dealer thankfully accepted the phone saying that he would get it repaired or replaced with a new phone. From that day till today I have not got back the phone or a replacement. My customer experience has been very painful. There is no proper communication and I feel cheated. I just paid hard earned money. I have sent messages to the Nokia India support site and have got answers which sound like an automated response with open ended statments. Called the Support center and talked to a person who cannot help apart from telling me to go to another Nokia care agency
