With sub 5k budget I shortlisted 3 mobiles MOTO FLIP, NOKIA 6030 and Samsung SGH-X210. I have used samsung in past and all samsung phones have poor network reception. Moto Flip has problem with it’s flap and finally based on some research and feedback I bought Nokia 6030 (Silver) 2 months back. I really liked this model. Some people call this handset "Black Beauty" but my personal opinion is SILVER is more SEXY than BLACK. it is suitable for following set of users
Need Mobile for Voice and SMS.
Don’t need Camera, Bluetooth etc.
Don’t want to show off (To impress their girlfriends with mobile)
Sub 5K budget. It supports Poly ringtones and MP3 Ringtones (I have not tested yet). It also supports FM and looks wise it’s far more superior then its peers.
I would suggest you to buy only from authorized dealers. After I bought this handset I checked whether handset is in warranty or not with Nokia Customer Care based on IMEI no (To know IMEI dial *#06#). Also check authenticity of battery by sending BATTERYBattery no. to 5555.
Battery back is damn good and last for 3-4 days with approx 3 Hours talk time
Speaker quality is not excellent
So guys dikhaoon pe na jao apni pyaas bujhao and buy Nokia 6030.
