A few tips to get your nokia done!
Get to call them and reach that nokia head office near PF office in bangalore,
reach some one on line, if you could get some HCL top guys’ name, no,
or I can refer my file (complaint file for nokia!!!) I am also a bitter customer
of nokia....
I think we must all raise this to leading newspapers to make their awful service
to the public...
write to me thru’ mouthshut review reply or joy@sibylcharities.org will send you some
reference in HCL thru’ them you can get your service done...
but sincere feeling...you may not get that service at all...
if you are in a hurry and can afford, keep this as show piece for kids at home and buy another brand .
HCL and Bright Point is there only to SELL, never they will listen to compaints....
I have so many friends who have similarly suffered in hands of nokia...seriously trying to take it up thru’ consumer redressal forum legally...for compensation...
