Toughest Phone Nokia Has Ever Made

This phone is the only TRUE water-resistant and SHOCKPROOF phone from Nokia. Nokia 5210 and 5100 can’t hold a candle to this phone in terms of durability. Although it may look bulky, it’s surprisingly light, almost as light as a 6210 if it weren’t for the additional rubber around the top and bottom. LCD size is just right for SMS and WAP, and the lens looks and feels like it’s made of tempered glass unlike the plastic found in other Nokia phones. Battery life is good too, averaging 5 days with relatively heavy use. Automatic Volume control for noisy environments and timed profiles and keylock are very handy too if you tend to forget about little details like setting profiles and activating the keylock.

My phone has survived accidental dunks with me in the swimming pool as well as a one-story drop from a ledge in a shopping mall, and while I had to replace the back cover because it developed a crack in the impact, the circuitry amazingly remained intact. This phone will out-survive all other phones, bar none, in any condition... truly a phone for people who place tried-and tested durability above looks (although it doesn’t really look THAT bad).
