I have a nokia 6600 which is total value for money. The nokia 6260 is still not worth all the moolah it demands! the only major difference b/w this phone and the 6600 is that it has FM and BLUETOOTH which is excellent. But asking so much money for a phone that does nothing out of the world but has FM and can move its screen all over the place is too much !!
Overall the phone is typical series 60, nothing to brag about. Nothing new in terms of software, and the excel and word they provide can be downloaded over the internet anyway. Nothing much in that division either. The only nice part is the LCD and the flip and rotate flap. This is one nice thing about the phone. Next is the radio, also excellent quality. If you want music, this phone is for you. If you want a nice smartphone, it would be not worth its price.
Navigation is pathetic on this phone. No joystick !!! and the buttons are not at all comfortable. No fun playing games !
The camera is no big deal either, does nothing special. Camera quality is slightly better than the 6600 but doesn’t hold a candle to the 6630.
In all i’d say if you love music and die hard good looks then this phone is for you. if you love your money and will settle for no FM then don’t ever ever buy this phone, buy the 6600 model.
