Unlike other nokia models this 1 has an aluminium body with metallic finish. It is a quadraband phone supporting GSM/ EDGE 850/900/1800/1900. It has very Sexy looks and is available in two colours - Silver and Black.
Of all the nokia the sound clarity of this model is the best having Stereo Speakers with 3 D sound effects. The model is stylish with its slider operation and it is equipped with a 512 MB memory card. So for all Music Buffs like me, if u cant afford a Nokia N-91, I am sure you’ll like this phone as it has a music player and also a media player. It doesnt allow you to create your own playlists and thats 1 disadvantage. Also it has visual radio wherein you can save upto 20 different FM stations !
It is loaded with a 2 MegaPixel camera with upto 5 x digital zoom and believe me the result of the camera is really awesome. With loads of memory availablr you can shoot ample videos, also the camera is equipped with a build in flash, hence its going to work fine in nights as well !!!
For all those people who love loading their phones with different applications, there are some sad news for you. The file format of this phone is different from the other nokia phones and hence you’ll have to work hard for finding the applications for this phone.
Supplementary to all the basic features it also has the Push to Talk ( PTT) facility, so if your network provider provides you this service you can use it as a walky talky. Also they’ve given special exclusive buttons for PTT and the camera at the sides, so you can configure the 4 way navigation key according to your usage and hence it provodes a better accessibiltiy to the various parts of the Phone.
The 1 drawback of this phone is that it is difficult to browse the web with this phone, there are some browsers avaialble but their performance hasnt been at par, so if you are havin heavy net usage and are thinkin of buying this model, better re-think.
